About Danny Valenzuela


I’m Danny Valenzuela, and I help my clients meet the challenges of change and the challenges of the future. I help them achieve personal excellence and business success while maintaining integrity to their values and beliefs. I teach my clients to use their strengths as a foundation to transition their management style and leadership skills to develop into high performance individuals or teams.

I am an Executive/Business Coach, Leadership Facilitator and Organizational Consultant. I am an Asssociate Certified Coach (ACC), certified by the International Coach Federation. I am also certified by the Institute for Leadership Fitness as a Certified Leadership Fitness Coach.

I earned a B. S. in Management from Arizona State University and completed my coaching program at the Adler School of Coaching. I am a Certified Public Manager (CPM) and Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). I also serve as a Facilitator and Instructor for the Bob Ramsey Executive Education Program at Arizona State University, School of Public Programs. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and currently serve on the Board of the Dougherty Foundation. I have served on numerous boards and commissions at the national, state and local levels. I have more than forty years experience serving in executive level positions, non-profit leadership, and small business ownership, where I have been involved in leading individuals and managing organizations.
