Leadership Development
We are in the process of developing our own Leadership Development Program, the Ascending Leader’s Program™. The roll out of the program will include ten (10) leadership modules with tools to assist individuals who want to improve their management and leadership skills in order to be better equipped to face the challenges of change and the challenges of the future.
Successful businesses and organizations know that investing in the next generation of managers and leaders is critical to sustaining competitive advantage and achieving business and corporate success over the long term. The Ascending Leader’s Program™ will equip functional managers and potential leaders with the decision-making and implemention skills they need to excel as multifaceted leaders.
The ten leadership modules to be included in the program are:
- Finding Balance in Your Life
- The Coaching Process
- Effective Feedback
- Effective Communication
- Developing Confidence
- Developing Credibility
- Understanding Ethical Behavior
- Delegating
- Managing Conflict
- Developing Your Legacy
The modules will be delivered in two, full-day workshops scheduled sixty (60) days apart. Two thirty-minute coaching sessions to be provided after each module will also be part of the program.
