I’m Danny Valenzuela, a certified coach (ACC), leadership facilitator, speaker, and author with more than forty years’ of experience in management and leadership in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. I am an authorized facilitator of The Team Diagnostic™, a state of the art assessment to strengthen teams in Productivity and Positivity. I weave my experiences into my coaching, leadership development, team coaching, and speaking services. I help my clients meet the challenges of change and the challenges of the future. I help them achieve personal excellence and business success while maintaining integrity to their values and beliefs. I teach my clients to use their strengths as a foundation to transition their management style and leadership skills to develop into high performance individuals or teams.
I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), certified by the International Coach Federation. I am also an Authorized Facilitator of The Team Diagnostic™, a product of Team Coaching International. I earned a B. S. in Management from Arizona State University, where I also earned the Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation. I achieved Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) status from Toastmasters International. I also serve as a Facilitator and Instructor for the Bob Ramsey Executive Education Program at Arizona State University, School of Public Programs. I have served on numerous boards and commissions at the national, state and local levels and currently serve on the Board of Directors the Dougherty Foundation.
